- The header and socket housings are molded using the standard USCAR color scheme to achieve visual polarization and facilitate the assembly of the connection system
- Right-angle headers use pre-assembled, linear Mylar PC tail alignment strips, which can reduce the complexity of PCB packaging and save space
- The modular housing design and the standard dovetail feature molded into the housing allow headers to be combined in large assemblies to meet the ever-increasing number of terminals
- The PCB alignment post ensures that all terminals are aligned with the PCB through the holes during the assembly process, and the header is fixed to the PCB during assembly and soldering.
- The PCB bracket is molded into the housing to provide an additional wiring area under the header
- The high-temperature thermoplastic housing can withstand infrared (IR) and lead-free wave soldering processing, meets ES-40000-5013 Molex specifications, and the maximum temperature is +260°C
- The socket TPA release latch can significantly reduce the possibility of getting stuck in the TPA during transportation and handling, and can be repaired without tools
- The pre-assembled TPA to the socket housing is shipped as a single component, which can save assembly labor and cost during application
